The best perm I've ever used. No smell afterwards. I've found that if you process it 3-5 minutes less, it doesn't frizz. It is best to cut your hair after a perm. For a looser wave, use gray perms.

The perm solution worked as advertised. Leave-In Firming Spray may contain gluten. The hydrolyzed vegetable protein component Pg-propylsilanetriol can be obtained from gluten. A small amount of leave-in strengthening spray from one of the boxes of perm kits spilled onto the box. I'm allergic to gluten and got hives from touching the Leave-In Firming Splash. This product worked well for my hair. I have a lot of hair, but it's not thick and it's naturally wavy, so it frizzes easily. The formula smells a little milder than a perm solution, which is nice. I leave it on for 20-30 minutes, no longer. It doesn't harm my hair in the sense that the hair falls out, but a follow-up is always a good idea. I think this product is worth the price and would buy it again in the future. Why not? If it works and saves you from a trip to the salon, I say go for it.

Just bought a second one to have on hand. I have short, fine, finely colored hair. Always look flat. Decided to give it a try. That's all there is to it. I didn't fry my hair. Left soft. I used a bigger rod so I only had one body and I fell in love! I never thought you could buy this product without a licensed cosmetologist. This perm is the best! And no horrible perm smell!

I am 100% impressed with this homemade perm. I have fine, fine, colored hair and this perm didn't damage my hair at all. My hair is not dry or frizzy and most importantly it is shiny, healthy looking and not faded.
