This product worked well for my hair. I have a lot of hair, but it's not thick and it's naturally wavy, so it frizzes easily. The formula smells a little milder than a perm solution, which is nice. I leave it on for 20-30 minutes, no longer. It doesn't harm my hair in the sense that the hair falls out, but a follow-up is always a good idea. I think this product is worth the price and would buy it again in the future. Why not? If it works and saves you from a trip to the salon, I say go for it.
