I like how user friendly it was to set up, very easy process! Customer service is fantastic as well! There are no downsides so far at this point in using their services, which makes me feel comfortable taking advantage of all they have to offer! It seems simple enough yet there's definitely some more advanced features you can utilize if needed or desired-it really depends upon your needs/situation with regards to payroll management. My situation involves tracking hours worked per pay period by employees who work both part-time AND full time along with overtime.
