I like that it's simple to use, and it allows me to see all of my employees' paid time off in one place. The reporting isn't very detailed, so you have to be able to understand what each section means by looking at the report. It would be nice if there were more options for choosing how to categorize your PTO. For example, I'd love to be able to choose between "Paid" or "Available."
