It's easy enough anyone can use it without much training or help from management, I recommend getting an accountant/admin assistant if you don't have one already because there are some things in this system not intuitive at all! If your looking into doing payroll with OTTO then get their demo first before buying so as far i am aware they do charge $500+ which seems pretty steep but its worth checking out what other options exist like Paychex etc., also make sure u know how many hours will be used each year otherwise overtime might actually cost more than regular paychecks!! We're solving our own problems by having employees clock-in whenever necessary instead using paper rosters when needed - we never had issues keeping up w paperwork now just have trouble inputting data once every month since no managers around here haha.- Easy setup process; user.
