Oily/oily film after 12 hours
If I epoxy my glass and leave it in for 12 hours, this ink will make the mug oily. I will never buy this mascara again. Usually the resin dries out for my 2nd coat. It leaves a greasy, oily finish. You have to wipe it with alcohol. I thought it was a good brand. Eventually I'll find the perfect one, it's not.
