Review on πŸ”§ Lisle Ridge Reamer 36500: Optimal Choice for Engine Optimization by Emmanuel Chouinard

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I recommend it. So for the master cylinders and parts

. The instructions in the packaging are not very clear. But after working with it, everything worked as expected. I recommend it. So advice to the next buyer: put it in the cylinder and tighten it. Place the 13/16" closed end over the large nut, position the wrench so the handle is over the cutting blade portion of the reamer. Apply force with a 3/8" ratchet with 3" extension and 13mm socket to tighten. Bolt when turning the key. You have to hold it tight or if you turn the key 13/16" it will bind and you will damage your cylinder (mark the dents). Twist about 10 times, tighten, repeat the comb before moving on to the next cylinder. After you're done with all cylinders, go back to the beginning and finish each cylinder. By now you have experience doing it without bumping into the wall of the cylinder. I've only gotten to the very edge of the burr on my cylinders as the grinder is slightly wedged so it starts to grind at the top of the cylinder and gradually penetrates the burr as you pull the top down. I then used Flex Hone to remove the cylinder icing and strip the cylinders. Tip, place the engine on an engine stand Hold it steady and turn the engine so that it is at a 45 degree angle to the horizontal. The second time, work each cylinder from the opposite side of the stand so you don't stop every time Let the key turn in the same place.
