Okay so very little info but I have answers, the first 220v in Europe produces true 220v AC at 50Hz Hz to get. So on this meter you can use L1 or Load 1, let's say your black wire or a side load wire is 120VAC and the L2 wire is labeled L2/N meaning Load 2 could be your white or red wire for example could, the other is 120VAC. side of the 220 VAC switch. N stands for Neutral so can also be used as a 120VAC neutral wire or white wire as a ground wire. Look inside your circuit breaker box to see which wires are coming out of your breaker by the color of the wire code. Some people use white as hot and black as ground, but many use black as hot or L1 and white as neutral or ground for 120VAC. 220 VAC is usually black on one side and red on the other side. 120VAC, ground/neutral could be the white wire you run around this meter and the bare copper wire is ground, but check yours first. Now the two small wired inputs labeled l2 and l3 are labeled SO, meaning it's a switch for something like an oscillator trigger input, which is a square wave output.
