Works great except for static audio

This KVM Switch + USB Hub is ideal for quickly switching between home and office computers. My monitor (2560x1440 resolution), keyboard, USB mouse and other USB devices work fine. The only thing that confuses me is that there is background noise on the audio line. I have to turn off the speakers when not in use.
