Great customer service - easy program

The abilityto manage both fixed price and variable priced items that may be sold at different times throughout the year. There are quite a few other programs out there like this but none compare when it comes down to functionality and ease of use! I wish we had someone right here within our office who could help us troubleshoot any issues along the way. It would really make things run smoother if they were able to have one person focus strictly on salesforce during working hours while another member focused just on technical support after business hours! We've saved money by not having to pay additional labor costs for employees who work full time elsewhere. I like that it allows me to manage my clients' subscriptions from one place. It also makes it easier to send out renewal reminders and statements. The interface could be improved by adding some additional options and filters. It would also help if there were more ways to customize the output. Use this tool to make your life easier! I am able to easily keep track of all of my clients' subscriptions, renewals, and billing cycles.

  • This program is very user friendly you'd think something as complicated an application such ours (a CRM software) can't function with so much simplicity great reporting capabilities; )
