This is a very cute dress. Perfect for my granddaughter. My main issue is that the dress didn't have a manufacturer tag so as far as I know it's not a new dress. It feels like I'm giving her something I bought at a flea market. The dress has a terrible smell. I don't know how to describe it. Hope the smell goes away. In addition, the fabric is as thin as paper. I don't know what she could wear underneath for decency reasons other than panties. I would not advise buying this dress even though it looks cute in the photo.
