Pros: You stay on while you run. They stay on while cycling. You are cozy. The sound quality is pretty decent. fastened to the ears so tightly that all the pressure is on the point where the cable connects to the headphones rather than yanking the headphones out and when pulled out the volume/power drops to about 35% of the original purchase . . I had to buy 4 pairs and this happened to 2 of them. So be careful, don't even gently pull the cord as once it's pulled it's impossible to fix and then you've got headphones that you can barely hear even at full power. When Sony makes the next model, it will solve this problem. Problem, they could have 5 stars. It's only $20 but I'd pay more if they stopped breaking.
