I ride ALL bikes and use my cell phone. There are two of us and we bought another brand/style and based on that experience we had certain features we were looking for and this bike phone holder passed all the boxes: 1. Heavy duty back with bracket. Need to hold the phone at the right angle by yourself.2. More secure attachment to the steering wheel. (We used 3 point velcro)3. Suitable for Samsung S21 Ultra with Otterbox Defender case. (Overall height 7 inches; overall width 3.375 inches; overall thickness 1/2 inch)4. Get an ice pack (because with the onset of heat, our phones started overheating in the case). Bonus: 1. Unlike the velcro version we tried, it's easy/quick to detach from the bike when needed. I had to switch to a smaller ice pack because this bike phone holder wasn't thick enough.2. It switches from landscape to portrait too easily. When I press the keys/turn on the phone/etc during the installation, it toggles. Although I've been accused of being "too rough" with my gear, I just call it having the Hulk hands. That means if I'm not fiddling with it, it stays in place even on rough roads.3. This does not allow circulation, so there is a high probability that your phone will overheat in summer or on very sunny days. (I think overheating will be an issue with "open" bike racks, so I like them closed and I have a reusable ice pack). This is probably not a problem as long as you don't sit on the bike for too long.4. The keys on the side of the phone are locked. You can still get depressed. It's just not that easy. I don't know: 1. Fingerprint ID - my screen protector blocks this so I don't know if you can unlock your phone this way with this mount. I hope this helps you decide. Personally, we get a second one to replace another style.
