This shirt fits well. It's a lighter weight fabric and the color scheme works, so you can look good while still representing blue collar. The bright yellow compliance patches are great for in the event of a dreaded surprise safety audit (and you happen to be working in an electrical arc prone area). Also will save time if you work or inspect multiple plants by advertising your OSHA flash-arc compliant clothing before anyone even asks. It's a well put together shirt that looks good on you. I only dropped a star because it isn't an especially good value in my opinion. But if your work has a clothing allowance and this shirt fits the bill, by all means consider this five stars for your situation.
