This product is of poor quality, especially for the price. After a few months of wearing them, the material is already coming apart. The material looks like it is felt and cloth rather than leather or even faux leather. It is a good looking shoe from the pictures on the website but once you receive them, it is a whole other story.I would not recommend these to anyone, especially for the price. I'm not a fan of the extra heel cushion that's higher than the sole; it makes the foot slide forward so toes hit the end of the shoe. For me, they're not wide enough either and glad I went up a half size. I wonder if a whole size up would have been better. But I do feel safer walking to the garage when it's snowy outside; walking in grocery stores, not so much. I'd purchased them for winter snowy use and they work and at my age (77) hiking is not something I'll be doing. No clue regarding water

I use these shoes to play disc golf. Went out one day after it rained thinking it would be pretty dry, I was wrong. However, my feet stayed dry, even after stepping in puddles including one where the ground sank almost up to the ankle.*Update 5/22/20: I am still giving these shoes 5 stars even though the sole gave out on one of them. Great Shoes that look great for a long time, the inner surfaces wear out too fast though. I have no complaints about the shoe at the $30 price point but now at 56 dollars I am extremely skeptical about this being a reasonable value. The material at the heel and inside the shoe wears out quickly even with light use. Having said this, and in fairness, a lot of shoes do wear out quickly now days.

They are nice looking shoes and handles well in rough surfaces. But I found them slippery very often, which can be really dangerous.

I work at a carwash, and I needed shoes for the summer because boots are just to hot a heavy. The fit of these shoes are great they are a little heavy though. As for them bring waterproof I wore them on a busy day at the wash and went home with dry feet. As for wear and tear, I'll have to see later down the road if they hold up. Will definitely buy again.

I am in to landscaping 50 + lawns a week from wet to dry hanging on hill sides so far I only see a little separation from the sole to shoe were a bit of moisture is now getting in these our alot better than Merrells and cheaper

Ordered size US 11M, fit is perfect for 27.9 cm feet, medium width. Structure is solid with firm bend and twist in shoe. Heel Is a little high for me but could go down with use as inserts settle. I will revise the rating only if I have issues after wearing longer. As of now, I would buy again.

A good basic walking/ hiking shoe. Lightweight, water resistant. Not too expensive. Not a shoe for serious long distance hikes.

So its only day one but texas really wanted to test out that waterproof concept. Flash flood waters and my socks are dry! Comfort is great but due to not having wide sizes I followed the recommended next size up and the shoes a little big. Its the right width but they rub a bit on the heel due to the awkward fit. But so far I love them!

Great show for value. I thought they would break in some but still feel little tight in toe area. I would order a half size up. I’m 10.5 and would order 11. Great value for price.

Used only a couple of times. Bulky and a little stiff but I figure with some breaking-in it should be fine. Good quality and does the job.

Ok product, light weight and pretty comfortable for the first 2-3 miles. Not meant for long hikes. Also, poor delivery. Had to order 3 times to get the correct size. Ordered a 10 and they sent me an 11 TWO TIMES. seriously? Once, ok, I get it, but twice the same mistake?

We went to Portland for a vacation and went hiking on the trails. The shoes were very comfortable. We did get rained on heavily one day and the shoes gripped the rocks and roots with ease and most importantly, my feet stayed dry. I would recommend these hicking shoes for light trails and definitely in an area that potentially can get your feet wet.

These are good looking shoes! I really wish I could have kept them but my heels were loose so they would lift up on every step. I doubt they are very waterproof, probably more splash resistant. The lug soles grip well and are wide enough to prevent rolling ankles. Al my shoes are size 11, but these were just too loose in the heels to keep. The tongue could be better padded. If you really tighten your laces, it will probably pinch. For $55 they would make good casual walking / light work shoes…
