They really are waterproof
I work at a carwash, and I needed shoes for the summer because boots are just to hot a heavy. The fit of these shoes are great they are a little heavy though. As for them bring waterproof I wore them on a busy day at the wash and went home with dry feet. As for wear and tear, I'll have to see later down the road if they hold up. Will definitely buy again.

- I would but 1/2 size smaller these were to big
Cons
- The shoes may not have good traction on wet surfaces
