The USB-C to USB-C connection is loose and easily disconnected from the Mac's USB-C port. A little tape fixes this, anyway when connecting a window pops up saying you didn't disconnect correctly last time. (Many Thanks!). Now the Samsung software tells me the drive is offline even though it shows as mounted. I tried re-downloading the Samsung software but that doesn't work either. Even though I used the uninstaller to remove the current one, I get the message that the old software is still there and the new one cannot be installed. All I want is a drive without some stupid software that 'adds' functionality. Can be used as a paperweight but may be too light.
