I needed an external sound card for travel, something easy and simple. All you have to do is simply plug it into your computer. *Built-in drivers*. I love it. My computer does not have a 24-bit/96-bit card. 44/16-bit audio isn't that good to a trained ear. Upgrading is definitely a happy and best solution. Pros: Just plug in (plug and play) - No messy cords - I have dogs and they chewed on another model with a cord that was 4 inches from the computer. - No messy cables - Great sound - Small, not bulky - 24bit/96 - Great price
