Important: This desk has a minimum height of 25.2" (without top, 26.2" with my 1" top). For many people with average height this is really the best option. Height too high if you are smaller. That was my main concern with this table frame. Ideally the table frame should be 24" or even smaller to accommodate more people. For my needs it is but ok. So don't go low enough like 28.5" without the top. This table has 3 leg sections which allows it to drop lower. The product was well packaged. All parts are present and undamaged despite the heavy weight. A few extra Screws would be nice The assembly instructions are written in broken English, and also a bit misleading/incomplete/incorrect, but still understandable It took a reasonable amount of time to assemble The table is stable, although I wouldn't stand on it or put heavy things on it. Some internal parts may be made of plastic. A basic/cheaper panel with 2 presets works a little differently than others I've seen: it locks automatically, and up/down operations require constant button presses, which actually makes sense: the table accidentally hits something, you are more probably take your finger off the button (the "dead man switch") to make it more secure. The up/down operation works well with minimal noise. I haven't measured the speed but it seems satisfactory. In general, the purchase is satisfied. The product can be improved by making it even lower (24 inches, see above) and by improving the instructions.
