Lathers up at first, the scent is fantastic but the lovely stickiness of the rose quickly dissipates in the smell of burning petrochemicals. I'm serious - I was in a nice hot shower and I smelled burnt tires. It was so bad I actually got out of the shower to sniff the hallway to see if there was a fire. The packaging is TERRIBLE. I thought other people exaggerated how bad it is. You are not. The pump outputs very little, probably due to the high concentration. But it's so thick that it comes out with a hesitant gasp and you have to pump some more and getting a decent amount on the puff is an exercise of desperation. The rest of the bottle screams cheap, despite efforts to create an elaborate and "cool" decoration out of flimsy plastic. It's not the soap itself. Nothing great, nothing terrible. It's marketed as a hand and body wash (at least on the packaging). Foam is fine for hand washing, but even on a pouf it doesn't go that far. or last as long. You have to keep adding a little more to the stool to bring back that whole cheap bottle. Yes, I know you don't need a lot of foam. But when I'm spending $2.50 an ounce, I really want something that smells good, lathers up well, feels good, and doesn't feel like I'm struggling with the bottle every time I try to squeeze out some soap.
