I read the reviews before purchasing and was a little nervous about not having an air pump or helium tank. I took a chance and you know what? My 17 year old daughter blew them up and my 18 year old son put them together! Yes we needed some tiny nails in the wall and that was it! Instructions are not required. Blow up the balloons and put them in the holes as you like and you're done! We all enjoyed it very much! We didn't use all of them.
