Review on 🌬️ Sploofy Original: The Ultimate Personal Smoke Air Filter with Replaceable Cartridge by Barbara Lopes

Didn't work for me. I will not buy again. My personal air filters are smoke buddies. I needed one the next day and none of the Smoke Buddies on Revain were available for next day delivery so I'm giving Sploofy a try. The main draw for buying this Sploofy was the next day delivery and the replacement filter (smoking friends don't have a replacement filter option). When Sploofy first arrived I was hit and blown into. First impression: better airflow than Smoke Buddy. Much smaller so that no residual smoke comes out the side or back when I remove the mouth. The actual mouthpiece isn't the most comfortable; The opening of the hole is surrounded by a larger rounded rim (probably for better smoke retention). It just seems odd that you have to put your lips in it, no big deal. Same size and shape as my Smoke Buddy. Anyway, this sploofy worked great. for two days. By the third day I couldn't blow the Sploofy anymore because I can tell you it was blown back. No airflow. Completely blocked. I was surprised. It took at least three weeks for this to happen to Smoke Buddies. I didn't even use it for probably more than thirty puffs! I did some research and saw that Sploofy says on their website that their smoke filters are clogged and trying to blow cold air through them with a hair dryer. That does not work. He then said to leave it upside down to air it out overnight, did this for two nights and didn't work. I made 2.5 moves before it blocked again. I've tried everything on the site and nothing. Left the sploofy alone for two more days and then used it and it seemed clean again. 5 moves in and it was blocked again. The last thing I tried was going back to Revain and ordering another Smoke Buddy. I'm glad you can replace the filter with them, but that does NOT make up for the crap you might be going through. I would never have bought this filter if I knew clogging is normal with this brand. My smoking buddy is trustworthy and never blocks for the rest of his life. Pro tip: Microwave your smoker buddy for 20-30 seconds and blow it out. In the next week or so it will be clog free.
