The best part of working with indicative was the team itself! They're extremely friendly, helpful and willing to go out their way for you during any type of issue - whether it's related software or something else entirely (a lost wallet!). I've worked remotely from my home office before but this truly takes things up another level -- which makes me sad because now living somewhere cheaper/farther away means being less remote so much of my workflow gets impacted as well ;) As far as actual products themselves, nothing too bad actually since they can be very straightforward once understood. Their dashboard doesn't work 100% like we had hoped when integrating into our application however there are ways around most issues if approached appropriately beforehand. Also some features aren’t available through API integration due to licensing reasons unfortunately which meant extra effort needed outside of what should have been expected otherwise :/. Our goal here has primarily been better retention rates across all customers – specifically new vs returning users within an app called Zuul where those who complete tasks get rewarded points towards special offers etc - similar system used heavily throughout ecommerce companies as "loyalty" programs. We were able see exactly how many completed actions It's great because it gives you an insight into how people are using products, which helps us optimize our processes for better results! The support team can help with any queries we have regarding usage of their services - they've always been helpful & friendly as well!! Nothing too much negative about this tool but its price could be more affordable so that I dont feel like am being ripped off while paying such high monthly fees just only get some insights from my customers' activity online :).
