have installed the light. Although, that is a beautiful light, but I found myself several key frustrations during the installation.The cross base mount that supposes to fit the circle light base does not easily connect, because the screws from the cross mount are movable, and it was super hard to aim all four mounting holes from the base to the cross mount screws. Especially, since the shade has to be installed, so I have to hold the entire light to aim it into all four mounting screws, there took quite some time, energy and patience.After install the base onto the cross mount, I tried to peel off the two layers protective films from the base. It was nearly impossible to remove the all the plastic films because the films was stuck in between the light bulb socket base and the light base. I have tried my best to remove all, but there are still some white plastic films remain around the light bulb socket base.After install the crystal strings and I found two crystal balls have chips on them. I was not happy at all since I have spent nearly 4 hours to complete the installation. I don't want to uninstall the light and return it, since I have invested time, efforts and patience into this project.
