My dermatologist recommended this remedy for chest and back acne. I have white and black spots on my chest and cystic acne on my back and shoulders. It has really helped minimize breakouts and get rid of cystic acne much faster than any other product I have used. The point is to leave it on for about two minutes to really work and then wash it off. My dermatologist said not to use it on my face because it was too harsh. My skin doesn't feel dry or greasy after use, that's normal. I really like this product and it helped make it stand out!
