Well made for the purpose. Edited today 11/6/19: I wanted to add that my hat is used to hold the Yi 4K action camera. This is a small and light camera and a baseball cap is no problem. I fought my dog, put it on full, and until Fido bit the top of the hat and ran off with the whole thing, both the hat and the camera held the set position. So no, don't buy it for wrestling dogs or alligators or bears or anything with flesh and bone limbs. It's cool to climb branches with this hat; fall too.
