This would be a great purchase if it weren't for an issue. first a little explanation. The height of this stand is adjusted by sliding the top of the B-pillar into the bottom of the B-pillar. it is then secured with two screws in one of the height adjustment settings. This is not a flawed design, the problem arose in the implementation. The issue I had was that the screws provided were smaller than the holes they are designed to fit the posts at the advertised height. They slide right in (or out) without turning the screwdriver. As a result, the bolts were unsecured and easily fell out, making the bar unreliable. So I tried to fix it by simply buying two metric screws one size larger. But no luck, they were too big and didn't fit. In the end I decided to drill some holes and use a removable locking pin so I could adjust the height without tools. So I spent an extra $10 or $12 on hardware to make it work and I'm still not 100% happy with the end result. I would have just sent it back but I had a deadline and no time to wait for a second product. There's a lot to like about this product, but all I can focus on is one fatal flaw.
