I LOVE LOVE THIS KNIFE!
Last year my father-in-law got one of these knives in a sausage gift set for Christmas and I used it to cut potatoes a few months later. I immediately bought one. I often cook medium red potatoes and it's easy on my hands! He cuts the potatoes; I don't have to walk back and forth, just straight ahead. I've used this knife probably twenty times since I bought it and it's still as good as the day it arrived.
