So far I'm in love with this product. It makes my beauty routine so much easier! It's effective and works great and all those tons of tiny brow hairs that stay forever and hurt when plucked with tweezers which I've done before. The fact that it charges via USB makes it better than batteries. The only reason I give 4 stars is that you can't buy replacement heads and I hate that when everything is fine except the shaving head I have to throw the product away and buy a brand new item. Please make the product more stable by suggesting buying replacement shaving heads! My shaving head only lasted 6 months before it became too dull and less effective. Now I see I need to re-order a brand new trimmer because I can't just buy the head. I hope you change this for us because we love it! and it would be better for the planet not to be so wasteful. I may not use this product again unless I can just buy replacement shaving heads. It would be such an easy fix!
