Somehow it still doesn't scream at me like a light-skinned strawberry blonde and emphasizes the eyes nicely. Most blue mascaras are either too dark to show color or a gross powdery blue. I have received many compliments on it from women and men. The recipe quality is also excellent. It removes very easily but holds up great and doesn't clump, smudge or leave raccoon eyes even when applied to the lower lashes. Really makes my blue-green eyes pop, especially when used with a good foundation (love it and recommend Tarte Opening Act). For a more casual look, I skip the foundation. The best mascara! Great price too.
