Good product with few flaws

Product is good and reliable. Some scenarios are not supported, so you cannot use it as a dock.1. HDMI and power don't work together - when you try to use the charger through the PD port, the HDMI doesn't work.2. When using an optional DisplayLink adapter on any of the USB ports (including the laptop itself), HDMI is disabled on that adapter. We've been using it for a while now and it's a great transportation hub for our laptops.
