First the good. The box looks great from the outside. The plastic is quite thick, there are enough compartments for everything. Everything is great on paper. Unfortunately, for personal use, there are a few major downsides. There are large structural ribs on the inner wall of each compartment. This is no joke. Every box. That means none of your tools will fit. A prime example are my stripping tools. In the top compartment, the wedge-shaped ribs push the handle outwards, making it impossible to close the drawer. I was able to get some soldering containers and small components that fit in the top containers. Basically nothing substantial fits in the box as the structural ribs get in the way which also makes inventory management in Resident Evil games look like cake. Go compare. Second, even if the empty box doesn't fit well and sometimes gets stuck when trying to close it. Again. while empty. This is exacerbated by the fact that vertical space is limited in this field. Anything protruding from the shells prevents the box from closing, and with the ribs pushing anything and everything up, it's unlikely anything will ever fit in the box unless it's incredibly small. The main branch suffers. the same questions. It would be nice to place my tool box in this orientation as in the picture because it would fit perfectly and have room for my other, bulkier tools. Unfortunately, the arrangement of the ribs makes this impossible. Final Verdict. I would only use this if the compartments were redesigned with bulky support ribs on the outside of the bin instead of the inside. That's my take as someone who designs plastic parts on a regular basis. If you need a sewing kit this might work. I managed to fit scissors and a disc cutter inside. Coils work too; However, there are already much better solutions on the market that take up less space and can be stacked.
