I think this could be a good cart IF you can assemble it. They said to use a rubber mallet and the plastic cap they send. The plastic lid broke quickly, so a small towel folded several times was used. The plastic and metal tube are too close together. I had to hit with a hammer so the hard metal started denting and I was afraid the plastic would break. Therefore, it was not possible to fully turn them, which unbalanced the car. A return is not possible at the moment because the plastic sleeve is damaged and broken. I'm now sitting in my garage because I'm tired of playing around with it!
