I think this could be a good cart IF you can assemble it. They said to use a rubber mallet and the plastic cap they send. The plastic lid broke quickly, so a small towel folded several times was used. The plastic and metal tube are too close together. I had to hit with a hammer so the hard metal started denting and I was afraid the plastic would break. Therefore, it was not possible to fully turn them, which unbalanced the car. The first shelf shipped was perfect. Absolutely worth the price! I then ordered another one which was jacked up by more than $10. This was the most difficult build. NOTHING FITS. Both handles broke when tightening. No parts fit except for the wheels. I had to hammer it with a sledgehammer but it still doesn't fit. It was like putting a marker in a pencil sharpener.
