Touch is slow but it works fine.

It works well with my Windows CE 1.0 Pocket PC with a small enough memory card which was the main reason for purchase. It also works great with my PowerBook G3 running Mac OS X 10.4.11, allowing me to carry around a few gigabytes of extra storage. It's a little slow, but that's because it's a 16-bit card and not a full cardbus. While it's slow, it's hard to argue against the convenience of not having to shove a CF card reader in my laptop bag when I take my old digital camera with me.
