Review on GOERTI by Lucas Salgado

I recently purchased some beauty and personal care items from GOERTI, an internet retailer that guarantees top-notch goods and prompt shipping. My interaction with the company, however, was hardly positive. First of all, the things I got were of varying quality. While some of the beauty brushes I bought were excellent, others were fragile and inexpensive. The cosmetics and personal care items were likewise hit or miss, with some performing as expected while others falling short. It got worse when my order arrived later than it was supposed to. It took about two weeks for my things to arrive, which was longer than I had anticipated. Since I required the supplies for an impending event, this was really frustrating. I contacted customer support to ask about the delay, but they didn't respond and weren't very helpful. Finally getting a response took several tries and a lot of waiting on hold, and even then, they didn't provide any specific answers or make up for the inconvenience. Overall, I had a negative experience with GOERTI. I was disappointed by the variable product quality and the delayed delivery, and my annoyance was only increased by the sluggish customer care. Anyone thinking about shopping at GOERTI should be aware of these problems and act with extreme caution.
