Review on 🚀 Maximize Performance with RIDGID 23738 High Efficiency Collection Package by Ben Barrington

Based on the great reviews I believe this issue is rare but the two bags I received were both defective. The cardboard stiffener and rubber pad that should be connected to the vacuum inlet are correctly fitted, but there is no inlet opening (still air and dirt) behind the pad area to get into the actual bag. It is understood that in manufacturing the bags, the step of cutting a hole corresponding to the inlet has been omitted. I only gave two stars instead of one as I was able to use scissors to cut a hole in the package to get it installed and working properly. But I don't have to finish the production process. They weren't cheap so this is very disappointing. However, using the hole cut I was able to install the bag and it seems to be working fine. (And no, I'm not an idiot who doesn't understand how a vacuum bag works. It's clearly a manufacturing defect.)
