Great little power supply. I've read a few previous posts about the need to switch from 240V to 120V. I think they upgraded the power supply because it doesn't have a switch anywhere and accepts the full voltage range. At power up, its output voltage was set at 12.03 V DC. The device is very quiet, but when you are close you will hear a high-pitched tone, but it is unnoticeable when you are 2 or more feet away from it. For the price you can't go wrong! it costs $20 for this device. For my next bigger project I will choose a Meanwell 350W unit with a built-in fan. UPDATE: It's been running 24/7 for 8 months now and is still running quietly and efficiently. When I touched it, it was just warm. I think you could say it's solid rock at this point.
