Well done unit. Good price. We need an information sheet.

Good quality product and reasonable price. If you are unfamiliar with electronics, here is some information: The device does not come with an "Instruction Manual” or information sheet. (Negative). The device comes with 230V as the selected AC input. If you want your input to be 115V, use a small screwdriver to slide the switch to the left to open the 115V setting. The switch is on the side pointed by the arrow on the yellow sticker on the shows the top of the device. The AC inputs are marked L…

Great block for the price! Immediately and quietly!

Great little power supply. I've read a few previous posts about the need to switch from 240V to 120V. I think they upgraded the power supply because it doesn't have a switch anywhere and accepts the full voltage range. At power up, its output voltage was set at 12.03 V DC. The device is very quiet, but when you are close you will hear a high-pitched tone, but it is unnoticeable when you are 2 or more feet away from it. For the price you can't go wrong! it costs $20 for this device. For my next…

Works well! inside

Received it today and did some very quick testing.1. Easy to set up. I was familiar with the 220/110V selector and was able to slide it through the chassis with a long metal tool. The screws are used to connect the wires and are exposed, but this is normal as they are on the top of the case2. Measured 12.08 VDC on terminal 3. The 60W LED strip is working properly. Bright and no visible flicker even when I quickly run my hand under it. I'm leaving it at 4 stars now to see if it lasts a year or…

Good enough for sound

I use this adapter to power a car stereo that is connected to a pair of speaker boxes in my garage. Performance runs smoothly up to the maximum stereo output of 60W. The only real downside is the lack of a plastic cover over the contact strip, but as long as you don't blindly reach for it before unplugging it really isn't an issue. Fear.

Great Quality 100w Product

EDIT: I originally gave this 3 stars because I was only getting 51-54 watts before the overcurrent trip kicked in. Turns out I'm an idiot. I didn't notice the AC input switch inside the unit which was set to 230VAC. I switched it to 115VAC and it works fine now. Below I leave my first review in all its glorious silliness. ---------- ------------------------------------------------------ ---------- ----------------------- I bought this to replace the DC 12V 100W power supply for the Drobo5N 5…
