Good quality product and reasonable price. If you are unfamiliar with electronics, here is some information: The device does not come with an "Instruction Manual” or information sheet. (Negative). The device comes with 230V as the selected AC input. If you want your input to be 115V, use a small screwdriver to slide the switch to the left to open the 115V setting. The switch is on the side pointed by the arrow on the yellow sticker on the shows the top of the device. The AC inputs are marked L and N. Connect the black AC input wire to L and the white AC wire to N. If there is a ground (green) wire, connect it to the input to the right of the L and N inputs (ground symbol). The +12 VDC outputs are labeled +V. Think of the -V terminals as DC ground. To the right of the +V pins is a voltage adjustment screw. Use a small screwdriver to adjust the output voltage to the desired voltage (+- one volt). The output voltage of my device before adjustment was 12.07.
