Yep, they're jump ropes!
If you know how to jump over a rope — and really enjoy it — then these are great products to buy. You just open your package, pull each jump rope from the plastic case, and get to it.The handles are comfortable to grip and the "rope" is long enough for my taller friends to use with ease. I didn't want to cut it down so I just hold my arms out a little wider than usual, which is probably a great way to exercise my arms anyway.
