This is exactly what I needed - after wasting money on cables plus adapters (and buying the wrong Derp cable adapter!), I found it me this! Man, I'd like to see her first. If you're a video snob and demand Ultra 4K or whatever - I can't tell you if you'll be happy. But I don't see any difference in video quality when my computer is connected to two 1080p monitors. I tried connecting my computer to my TV and using it as a monitor, but something struck me - no sound! It may not apply to all computers, but I have separate graphics and sound cards. I had to run a separate audio cable and the TV didn't have an audio input. There was an easy workaround - I only used external speakers - but just a warning if you want to use a similar setup - you may need an audio cable and/or external speakers.
