I cannot recommend this product highly enough! I first heard about Alpha Carey from a swim coach 30 years ago when I was complaining of itchy skin due to the high chlorine levels in our pool. I've been using it ever since. Simply apply after showering, leave on for 5-10 minutes and pat dry. It prevents my dry swimmer skin even in winter!
