You will not receive the 15.1107 shown, but 15.1106. Maybe IT changed something. 6 is for 2008 and older and 1107 is newer vw. I have an 09 tdi 2.0 and from the ES website I need the item pictured. 15.1107. When I got it it didn't fit. Sent it back and ordered another one thinking someone had returned it and the item was replaced. 2. arrives 15.1107 and is still wrong. The box says 15.1107, but the part number is 1106. So I ordered a third one, but this time in black, from Amazon. #15.1107G, not R. Surr, I received the right part! It is therefore possible that all red wines from ES were packaged incorrectly. I will upload an image to show the differences. 2 lugs at 1106 are round but not at 1107. Its location is also different. The larger semi-circular part is smooth at 6, with 7 having more edges. During assembly, the centering disc was not large enough for the screw. I had a large reamer, so after a little work I adjusted the centering ring. Poor quality stamp. Following the instructions on the ES website, I oiled the insert and then inserted it. It was tight and had to be hit with a hammer. Not very difficult. A few minutes and he's all in. Tighten the screw and you're done. I have a 6 speed TDI 2.0 manual with 2 low gears and 330 ft/lbs of torque. Over 300,000 miles on the motor and ride, so the dogbone bushing had snapped and every shift was a jerk. After installation, the engine stopped shaking! Great product! Another reviewer said terrible vibrations, I have no idea what he did. I don't feel any vibrations on my tdi, it runs smoothly and perfectly. The switching processes are crisp and no longer jerk. I rate the product 5 stars but because this red version comes with the wrong item. I rate this 1 star. The spacer ring did not fit the bolt there either! Hopefully this will either force Amazon to repair its stocks. Or prevent another buyer from wasting time!
