Useless. Both shattered in the freezer.

First cup in freezer cracked after less than 5 freezes. I was disappointed and threw it away without much thought thinking I had one left. Now, a few days later, the second cup cracked too. Didn't try to return them as I only have one left to return but I was very disappointed with these mugs.
