Works great. It feels cooler than my previous one from Babyliss and definitely a little less airflow, but it also feels less damaging to your hair. Dries very effectively with a concentrator; probably less than 5 minutes for thicker shoulder length hair. The cable is very long and appears to be folded very well. If I had to complain about anything, it might be the way the hub is attached; It just seems like they can block instead of push. It's very safe, but I could see it changing when I delete it again.
