This pan is a heavier gauge than even my well-known baking brand loaf pan. I'm impressed.The surface is incredibly slick, which will help with food release (my banana bread falls right out). The corners are unusually rounded (with a large radius), which will also help with food release, but which might make some quick breads rise in the center a lot more than at the edges (pro-tip).There is a Ninja logo right squack in the middle of the bottom of the pan. Done with thin lines and ninety-degree edges on the relief. I know, from experience with other similar pans, that the surface of this logo will wear out long, long before the surface of the rest of the pan. Why?Ninja folks, I really like your baking pans. But if I have to keep replacing them I'm going to find a different brand.
