We bought this fan for use in our 24ft RV when it wasn't hot enough in the evenings to turn on the AC. This is the perfect bedroom fan, just the right size for the bedside table between the beds. Compact size, solid round base, 3 speeds, tilting fan head, rocking on/off button and powered by USB port or 3 AA batteries make this fan very versatile. It has ALL the features we were hoping for. The power and 3 speed buttons are conveniently located on the fan base. The included USB power cord plugs into the back of the fan base and is more than long enough to reach our nearest USB outlets. At the lowest fan level, we hear a very quiet hum, but this is NOT annoying or disturbing even when we are sleeping. We love that the power cord fully detaches from the fan base when we use AA batteries and want to take the fan outside to our patio. The fan was very well packed in bubble wrap in its own box from the manufacturer. We're cooler than Happy Campers now!
