I buy Northwest Naturals because the meat is freeze dried, which means more nutrients are retained. Packages of nuggets are kept in a plastic container and I choose different flavors for my dog's breakfast. Then I moisten the nuggets; Some only take a few minutes, like turkey, while others take longer, like beef, which feels like denser nuggets. However, if I put them on the floor before putting them away for storage, you'll see what happens. Puppies love them dry. I broke these nuggets into small pieces for easy swallowing dry.
