The initial bluetooth pairing instruction was wrong and frustrating to say the least. First, the instructions didn't say I needed to charge the keyboard's batteries before attempting a Bluetooth pairing. Second, the instructions listed the on/off switch versus what was on the keyboard itself. Third, I need to pair the iPad and keyboard when the iPad screen goes blank. I think that's what happens when you buy a non-Apple keyboard. I finally figured it out, but it was very frustrating. Otherwise, I think I'll like the functionality of the keyboard.
